  1. How do I sign up?
    Online Banking is free to all consumer customers. To sign-up for our online banking services, take the following easy steps:

    • Click the View Your Account button at www.ImperialCapitalBank.com
    • Scroll down to Online Banking Apply Now.
    • Click continue after reviewing the enrollment information.
    • Click continue after reviewing the "Important Information for New Users".
    • Click continue after reviewing system security.
    • Click on "I Agree" after reading the disclosure.
    • You will then be promoted to fill in the appropriate account information and personal information.
    • After completing the set up screen you should then be able to start viewing your accounts.
    • In some instance you might receive a message advising you that it might take up to 48 hours to enroll you to begin viewing your accounts.

  2. How do I enroll for bill pay?
    To benefit from the convenience of paying your bills online you must:

    • Sign on to your account by clicking the "View Your Account" button at www.ImperialCapitalBank.com.
    • Click on the bill pay icon.
    • You will then be prompted to enroll for bill pay, at which time your request will be sent to Imperial Capital Bank to review the current information against what we have on file and what you have inputted into the system. Once that is complete Imperial Capital Bank will enroll you for bill pay, and send you an e-mail confirmation at which time you can start to use bill pay.
    • Bill Pay is Free.

  3. How much account history can I view online?
    The system is set to view the last 30 calendar days of account information.

  4. What do I do if I forget my password?
    If you forgot your password you need to call 1-877-906-4852. Press zero for an operator so that Branch Operations can reset your password.
